Had a superb experience, I greatly enjoyed this place!
Had comfy room with sofa, wonderful shower, as for instance to myself. Its location was great and particularly good, 5 minutes drive from Duthie Park Winter Gardens.

Stayed at this fancy joint in Aberdeen. Apartments had all the bells and whistles - fitted kitchens, underfloor heating, and even a bar to drown my sorrows in. Plus, there's a swimming pool nearby for my daily dip!
Oh, how I hated the metered parking on the street. Nothing like paying for parking every time I wanted to leave this posh place.

Title: Great stay at Howburn Residence!
If we had to ask for one thing, it would be even MORE awesome nightlife recommendations. While we had a great time exploring the city, we would have loved some insider tips on the best clubs and party spots in Aberdeen.

The accommodation was new located short walk to city centre and bus, fast food chains, and coffee shops, bus stations and fast food chains, that's what I was expecting. All the facilities were good, and if you need there's public parking nearby. The building was new.
Tbh, the room was rather small.

It was in the perfect location, just a short walk from Aberdeen Music Hall and Academy. We had a blast exploring the city and jamming out to music. Plus, the Wi-Fi was super fast, so we could easily share our adventures on social media. it was an epic vacation with my friends!
The only thing we wished for was a better party room in the flat. We wanted a space where we could crank up the music, dance our hearts out, and have a wild party.

Great value for money, comfortable room with two televisions. Convenient location within walking distance to town and supermarkets. Professional and secure hotel with helpful staff.
The breakfast menu could benefit from more variety.

The apartments at Howburn Residence are absolutely amazing! They have a flat-screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, so you can enjoy your favorite shows from anywhere. Plus, the spacious bathroom with a rain shower is like a little slice of heaven. The premium bedding and separate sitting areas add an extra touch of luxury. And with free WiFi and a safe, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Oh, and did I mention they even have a dishwasher and a washing machine and tumble dryer? It's truly the perfect home away from home!
Personally, I found the complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers a bit lacking. But hey, I understand that everyone has different preferences and some people might still enjoy it.

My stay at Howburn Residence was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean, bright, and cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and shops nearby and easy walking distance into town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having two televisions was a great bonus. Despite a small issue with self check-in and a lack of elevator, the management quickly resolved the matter and were brilliant throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the internet reception was excellent. I had a fantastic experience at Howburn Residence and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Aberdeen.

I had a wonderful stay at Howburn Residence. The apartment was even better than the pictures portrayed, with modern and stylish decor. The self check-in process was seamless and convenient. The location was central and easy to navigate around Aberdeen. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the cleaning service was exceptional, keeping the apartment spotless. Despite a minor inconvenience of road noise in the front-facing apartment, overall I highly recommend this place for longer trips to Aberdeen.
